University of Turku Metal Club TYRMY begins its Fall semester with a bang by giving the stage of TVO located in the shade of Logomo to some relatively new but quality thrash and progressive metal from Turku and its region. The evenings entertainment is comprised of Sabotage, a band of three brothers from Raisio strongly reliant on the sounds of old school thrash, Sgt. Slime who describe their music as “Acidic Slime Surfing Crossover Thrash Metal” and last but certainly not least the unforgiving melodic prog metal of Forcefeedfailed. So take the bus number 20 or walk along the bridge next to the railway station if you wish to give your end-of-summer angst the boot with attitude!
