The meeting also appoints the committee to decide on acknowledgement to be given to distinguished members of the association. Should you be interested in being a member of the committee but can’t make it to the meeting, please inform the chairperson or some other member of the board of this.

The agenda also includes the board’s hearing session, the annual report of 2018, the financial statement of 2018 and the freedom of responsibility for the board of 2018.
